Disclaimer: This section is meant to be a guideline to help riders get a better understanding of where they can ride their WS250. Widescape is not responsible for any damage, physical or moral, caused by an individual who decides to ride his/her WS250 where it is not permitted. Please be aware of where you ride at all times and always follow your local laws and regulations. Never ride your WS250 where it is not permitted to do so.
Federated snowmobile trails in Canada

Users require a special trail pass emitted by their province’s governing body to be allowed to ride a snowmobile on federated trails.

It is currently not possible to obtain a pass for federated trails in Canada for the WS250 as Widescape is not yet a recognized OEM.
It is therefore NOT permitted to ride the WS250 on federated snowmobile trails in Canada.
Snowmobile clubs & private trails in Canada

Users require a pass emitted by the snowmobile club to be allowed to ride a snowmobile on their territory (be it trails and/or off-trail terrain).

A pass may be allowed for the Widescape WS250, depending on the snowmobile club’s rules and regulations.

Check with your local snowmobile club to validate if the Widescape WS250 is allowed on its territory.
Crown lands & public lands (national, provincial parks) in Canada

Crown and public lands may allow the presence of motorized vehicles on specific territory, depending on jurisdictions.

A pass or permit may be required to travel on crown and public lands with a motorized vehicle.

Check with your provincial authorities to validate if motorized vehicles are allowed on specific territory of crown and public lands.
Private property

If riding on private property that is not your own, always make sure you have authorization from the land owner to do so.

Never trespass on private property.
