ABOUT THE WS250

We are expecting to start deliveries for the WS250 to our current dealer network in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes starting January 2023.

The WS250 is powered by a 242cc 4-stroke engine with electronic fuel injection, which was developed specifically for our vehicle. Purposefully crafted to be lightweight, compact and robust, it produces 20 HP (trust us, with a vehicle this light, it’s more than enough). Coupled with our lightweight aluminum chassis and custom-built components, we get an attractive power-to-weight ratio, which banks on the agility and drivability of the vehicle.

The WS250 was designed with adaptability in mind and has an adjustable handlebar that can be raised or lowered according to the rider’s height.

2.2 x 0.8 x 1.3m (7.2’ x 2.62’ x 4.26’)

Width of the track: 12 inches (305mm)

Length of track: 105 inches (2673mm)

200 lbs (90kg)

The WS250 has a fuel consumption rate of 3 liters/hour and has an 8-liter fuel tank. Depending on riding style, you can easily enjoy the vehicle for a full day of riding with a full tank of gas.

We are currently working on a range of accessories.

Depending on variables such as altitude, snow conditions, and rider weight, the WS250 can go up to 60 km/h.

Unfortunately, the WS250 isn’t designed to pull or tow any weight.

The vehicle is categorized as a snowmobile, therefore, it will need to be licensed through your province/state and insured.

The WS250 is classified as a snowmobile, however, it’s not designed for trail use. We are working with Transport Canada to clarify certain legal aspects of the vehicle. We hope to clarify everything over the next few weeks.

The Widescape WS250 is a lightweight, nimble and agile vehicle that will challenge you physically and take you in new and uncharted territories. If that’s your kind of winter rider, Widescape is for you.

The WS250 can easily climb steep hills but it is not designed to be a high-altitude backcountry snowmobile. It is designed to be a fun and agile off-road explorer.
